Criminal and DWI/ DUI / DWAI Defense – Town of Haverstraw, Village of Haverstraw, Village of West Haverstraw
The Town of Haverstraw actually has quite a few jurisdictions. The largest is the Town of Haverstraw Court on Rosman Road. Judge Santos and Judge Grant preside. They are located next to the Library. Next, is the Village of Haverstraw Court located on Main Street in downtown Haverstraw. Judge Di Caprio presides there. The Village has some very nice restaurants as well. We recommend Union, adjacent to the Court.
Then, there is the Village of West Haverstraw, located on Samsondale Avenue near the Hudson River at the electric plant. Judge Richard Pakola presides. If you have been arrested in any of the Haverstraw Courts, you will need a lawyer who appears there regularly. We appear in all Haverstraw courts often, and are fully familiar with them. We look forward to helping you with any criminal or DWI / DUI / DWAI arrest and defense.
