The Village of Chestnut Ridge Village Justice Court is located at 277 Old Nyack Turnpike, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977. It is located across the street from the CVS shopping center. There are 2 judges that preside. Judge Suarez and Judge Smith. Both are attorneys. The Village is primarily patrolled by the Town of Ramapo Police, Rockland Sheriff’s Department and New York State Police. Criminal calendars are typically on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m., but it’s not uncommon for the Judges to start early, so make sure you arrive on time!
